All sales are final. Signed — MissB does not offer refunds.

We understand that sometimes the fit may not be quite right. Eligible items may be exchanged for another size or issued store credit within 7 days of delivery or pickup.

To be eligible, merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, makeup, deodorant, perfume, stains, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.

Due to the delicate nature of our statement pieces, rhinestone, crystal, beaded, feathered, sheer, and other embellished garments must be handled with care. Minor variations in embellishment are not considered defects.

Final sale, archive sale, discounted merchandise, bodysuits, swimwear, and intimate items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can make it right.
